What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for all (non-customized) items within 30 days of purchase. Please read the full return policy here.
What is your shipping policy?
If your shipping address is within the County of San Diego, we offer FREE SAME-DAY DELIVERY.
All other locations in the U.S. are standard shipping with a flat rate of $3. You should receive your order within 4-5 business days. International shipping is also available for an additional charge.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer eGift Cards online here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any U.S.-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept Venmo (@sewloka).
Are your sizes true to size?
Yes. Our products range anywhere from XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Most items are vintage, which mean they are pretty true to size!
Will you customize a garment?
Depends. If you want a simple sizing adjustment, we can accommodate it – But something more drastic (like changing an embroidered phrase) will require pre-approval from the designer at Sew Loka. Please contact us with your request.
Do you offer sewing lessons?
Yes! We will be offering sewing lessons starting January 2021. Check back on our website at that time.
What are your store hours?
Our shop is open five days a week.
Wed–Sat: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
(Closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
But our online store is open 24/7 at sewloka.com/shop!
