originally created for the 2024 #sandiegoairport temporary exhibition “Espacios & Lines” curated by @danieldennert. This jacket was on display inside the San Diego Airport for one year 1/2024 - 1/2025 in celebration of World Design Capital SD-TJ.

Created start to finish by Claudia. 

Exterior: patchwork vintage Deadstock cotton fabrics. Quilted by Claudia using an industrial sewing machine. 

Collar created using recycled black bandana fabric

Sleeve cuffs repurposed from vintage champion hoodie 

SL logo on back created using recycled white vinyl fabric. 

Cropped by Claudia. Added drawstring created using vintage cord. 

Interior: lined with vintage green and maroon silk.
